NOTICE OF AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF BIA GHB
Dear Congregation Members, Respected Members of the BIA GHB Community,
We invite you to attend an Extraordinary General Assembly of our congregation, called in response to the serious crisis within our community and decisions that directly affect its future, religious life, and the will of its members.
The decision to terminate the employment of our Imam, made without prior consultation or a vote by the General Assembly, has caused legitimate concern among congregation members and seriously undermined trust in the leadership. A large number of community members have already expressed their opposition to the manner in which this decision was made by signing a petition demanding accountability from the leadership.
We firmly believe that decisions affecting the fundamental interests and religious life of our congregation must not be made without meaningful participation and a clear expression of the will of its members.
Our congregation belongs to its members, and their voices must be heard and respected.
AGENDA OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY
1. Verification of quorum and election of the Presiding Committee of the Extraordinary General Assembly.
2. Vote of confidence in the current Board of Directors and determination of its responsibility for the present situation.
3. Request for reconsideration and reversal of the decision to terminate the employment of our Imam, Haris Zulović, due to serious concerns regarding compliance with Article 7 of the Congregation’s Rules and Regulations and Article 40 of the IZBSA Regulations Governing Imams, followed by a vote of the General Assembly regarding his continued service as Imam.
4. Review of the process for appointing a new Imam, including verification of compliance with applicable regulations and the prescribed procedures of the Islamic Community.
5. Initiation of the process for electing a new Board of Directors and appointment of an Interim Election Committee, in accordance with the applicable regulations and the authority of the General Assembly.
6. Adoption of resolutions and determination of further steps to protect the interests of the congregation, preserve its unity, and safeguard the rights of its members to determine their own future, including submission of the adopted resolutions to the Muftiate and other relevant authorities of the Islamic Community.

It is our responsibility to peacefully, respectfully, and firmly demand accountability, transparency, and compliance with the regulations governing our congregation.
We must not allow decisions about the future of our congregation to be made without the participation and consent of its members.

POZIV NA VANREDNU SKUPŠTINU DŽEMATA BIA GHB
Poštovane džematlije, cijenjene članice i članovi džemata BIA GHB,
Pozivamo vas da se odazovete vanrednoj skupštini našeg džemata, sazvanoj zbog ozbiljne krize u džematu i odluka koje se neposredno tiču njegove budućnosti, vjerskog života i volje njegovih članova.
Odluka o prestanku angažmana našeg dosadašnjeg imama, donesena bez prethodnog izjašnjavanja Skupštine, izazvala je opravdanu zabrinutost među džematlijama i ozbiljno narušila povjerenje u rad rukovodstva. Veliki broj članova džemata svojim je potpisima već izrazio protivljenje načinu na koji je ova odluka donesena i zatražio odgovornost rukovodstva.
Smatramo da se o pitanjima koja duboko zadiru u život džemata ne smije odlučivati bez stvarnog učešća i jasnog izjašnjavanja njegovih članova. Džemat pripada svojim članovima, a njihova volja mora biti saslušana i poštovana.
Dnevni red vanredne Skupštine1. Utvrđivanje kvoruma i izbor Radnog predsjedništva vanredne Skupštine.
2. Izjašnjavanje o povjerenju sadašnjem Džematskom odboru i utvrđivanje njegove odgovornosti za nastalu situaciju.
3. Zahtjev za preispitivanje i stavljanje van snage odluke o prestanku angažmana našeg imama, Haris-ef. Zulovića, zbog ozbiljnih pitanja u vezi s poštivanjem člana 7. Pravilnika o radu džemata i člana 40. Pravilnika o radu imama IZBSA, te izjašnjavanje Skupštine o njegovom daljnjem ostanku na mjestu imama.
4. Preispitivanje postupka imenovanja novog imama, uključujući provjeru poštivanja važećih pravilnika i propisane procedure Islamske zajednice.
5. Pokretanje postupka izbora novog Džematskog odbora i imenovanje Privremene izborne komisije, u skladu s važećim pravilima i ovlaštenjima Skupštine.
6. Usvajanje zaključaka i utvrđivanje daljnjih koraka radi zaštite interesa džemata, njegovog jedinstva i prava članova da odlučuju o svojoj budućnosti, uključujući dostavljanje usvojenih zaključaka Muftijstvu i drugim nadležnim organima Islamske zajednice.

Ovo je trenutak u kojem moramo pokazati da nam je stalo do našeg džemata, njegovog jedinstva, dostojanstva i poštivanja volje njegovih članova. Naša je odgovornost da mirno, dostojanstveno i odlučno zahtijevamo odgovornost, transparentnost i poštivanje pravilnika koji uređuju rad džemata.
Ne smijemo dozvoliti da se o budućnosti našeg džemata odlučuje bez njegovih članova.
