Firstly, thank you for your dedication to Truth and Accountability through providing your signatures, sharing, and advocating for our cause to Congress. We have seen great progress and I am now asking for three more “Calls to Action” from you. If you haven’t already heard, 13 Senators sent out a Letter to the Senate Leadership calling for an end to these illegal and illogical mandates. The Press Conference can be seen here. Also, 21 Governors did the same in this Letter to both chambers of Congress. This is finally some movement that can end the Mandates and begin the process of accountability to fully investigate the unlawful DoD activity. Here are the Calls to Action:
1. Call your Senators and tell them to not pass the NDAA until the mandates are rescinded. I put together a thread from Twitter that includes the Call to Action from Military Freedom Keepers with a call script to make it simple.
2. Send the fourth wave of signatures from this Petition to Congress. Use the template below for reference and tailor as needed.
3. Tweet, post, and share support for this petition and ending these mandates. Here’s one about Ted Cruz calling for fellow Senators to fight for us.

Please see the attached Petition for a Congressional Investigation of Illegal Department of Defense Activity from 7,800+ military service members, DoD contractors, and concerned American citizens who are requesting your office to call for and investigate the DoD’s COVID-19 mandates which are not only harming our National Security but are also in direct violation of the Law (please see the Whistleblower Report linked below for details).
This Petition was started on 26 Aug 22 as a follow-up to the Whistleblower Report of Illegal DoD Activity sent to Congress on 15 Aug 22. The first round of signatures was sent on 1 Sep 22, the second round on 3 Oct 22, the third round on 1 Nov 22, and we are submitting the fourth round of signatures today, 1 Dec 22 as the DoD’s mandates continue to harm our National Security with disregard for the rule of law. These mandates are causing a recruiting and retention crisis all the while blatantly violating the laws of Informed Consent and more outlined in the Report. Senator Ron Johnson’s Letter to the DoD, FDA, and CDC on 18 Aug 22 had a deadline for answers from these agencies of 1 Sep 22 that came and went without any of them even attempting to address these concerns.
We The People are again responding and requesting that Congress provide the oversight and regulation that the DoD has failed to do for itself. Please read the Petition and Whistleblower Report, organize with fellow members of Congress, and investigate these serious concerns and allegations that have been brought to your attention. This illegal activity needs to stop. We urge you to NOT pass the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) until the mandates are rescinded and an investigation is launched into the illegal actions of the DoD.
