Now that we have sent the first wave to Congress with over 5,000 signatures on 1 Sep 22, the next signature goal is to reach 10,000. We reached the first deadline almost effortlessly thanks to your efforts and sharing this petition far and wide. You all have made the difference. Thank You!
Just think, if everyone who has already signed just got one more person to sign, we would already be at our next goal. Would you take 5-10 minutes of your day to share this Petition on your social media and directly with family and friends? I probably don’t have to tell you, but we are working against the algorithms and I’ll share some of the Promotional stats below. You will notice that I also left the first box checked under Email Preferences to receive emails when “I recruit someone to sign this petition.” This is a helpful feedback tool that can encourage you to continue sharing the Petition. As you will see in the Promotional Stats below, every person you are able to direct to the petition and sign it is equivalent to donating $50 and having this platform promote the Petition.

Promotional Stats:
As of 5 Sep 22, our Petition has had 131,550 views resulting in 5,507 signatures which gives us an average rate of 23.89 views/signature. For the average Petition, it takes about 25 views/signature. So, we’re right about average currently. However, it’s interesting to compare the Promotional views (from donations) with the grassroots sharing views and rates of signatures.
To date, we’ve had 288 Promotors (donors) resulting in 110,000 views and 109 signatures which puts the promotional rate at 1009 views/signature.
On the other hand, we’ve had 21,550 views due to grassroots sharing resulting in 5,398 signatures which puts the grassroots rate at 3.99 views/signature.
Bottom line: the grassroots efforts of getting this petition out seems to be working very well. I’m not going to tell you not to donate to promote this petition, but thought that transparency is owed you in hopes that this will spur you on to continue sharing and promoting this petition.
