Yes this is my first petition. I thought it would spread fast but it doesn't seem to be and some people feel they have to donate. My understanding when I did this was it was free. It seems the only way the signatures get counted is by verified emails and sharing. If you share it to yourself then your signature should be counted.

I thank everyone for whatever support they can provide and apologize to those who have been inconvenienced by it.
