We at the St. Michael’s Church Preservation Society are thankful for another year of having such a historic and special place available for worship. Surely there are few- if any churches – in the Diocese that is better suited to prayer as is St. Mikes.  Its paintings, statues, pews, colorful windows, and the smell of incense is and always will be part our lives. Also we can connect, in a very special way, with our memories and those of our parents and grandparents that built this church. They too constructed St. Michael’s to remember the centuries old churches of the old country and of their youth. Embrace these timeless gifts and this mystery for they are part of who we are today.
