SMCPS UPDATE: Summer Sunday Masses, Renovation Complete, Pledge Drive

The St. Michael’s Church Preservation Society is pleased that St. Michael’s Church is now Celebrating Mass at 10:00 am every Summer Sunday. Renew your memories and friends once a month at your Historic Legacy Church. During your visit take a tour of the Church, School, and Dante Hall. Just contact me at bvenafro@gmail.com to arrange. *************** Renovations of the School Bathroom above the Church are almost complete. The SMCPS will pay the entire cost of the renovations- about $11,000 -that was raised from pledges and events. We can now be assured that the 100 year old hand-paintings on the ceiling of St. Michael’s Church are safe. It is important to mention that the SMCPS has saved St. Monica’s Parish the cost of this renovation- money that the Parish can use elsewhere. Everyone who made a pledge in 2016 has received a letter with details for completing your donation. Thank you very much to all that have contributed hard-earned dollars for this preservation effort.
