REMINDER: ST JOSEPH’S FEAST CELEBRATION- MASS, FULL PASTA DINNER, ENTERTAINMENT 3/19/17

The St. Michael’s Church Preservation Society, UNICO, and the Parish of St. Monica will celebrate a traditional Italian St. Joseph’s Feast Day at St. Michael’s Church in a BIG way. Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am followed by a full course Pasta Dinner provided by UNICO with entertainment in Quaremba Hall. For the first time in many years, the SMCPS will offer Italian specialties at St. Joseph’s Table. (See photo below). The cost for everything is an unbeatable $10.00! The SMCPS needs donations of four to six dozen of each of the following Italian cookies for the St. Joseph’s Table! 1. Sfinge (a deep-fried cruller-type pastry sometimes dusted with powdered sugar) 2. Pizzelli 3. Sfinge di San Giuseppe (a cream puff made from sfinges with a ricotta cheese filling) 4. Farfallette dolci (ribbons or bow ties) 5.
