Did you ever hear about amenities that we're going to be developed in Tierra Contenta? Maybe in passing from a neighbor? Or maybe this was a key selling point when you we're buying your house (like me). Well it was more than just a rumor.

Here's the plan for Village Plaza at Tierra Contenta, the original plan for this land. And with already roughly 2172 residential properties in Tierra Contenta, it's unclear why this plan changed to now be a series of primarily 1-bedroom apartments.
