Public Institutional Complaint – Emocionópolis (Law 11.723, Children’s Rights) 

Every child is the protagonist of their emotional story.  
Cada niño es protagonista de su historia emocional.

Dear members of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights,

I am writing to you in my capacity as General Coordinator of Emocionópolis to present a public institutional complaint related to the protection of children’s emotional and educational rights, within the framework of Law 11.723 and the American Convention on Human Rights.

Attached to this email:

Institutional petition drafted according to the CIDH guidelines.

Link to the petition published on Change.org  with initial signatures.

I respectfully request that the CIDH consider this complaint as a case of human rights violation and, if applicable, grant precautionary measures to ensure the continuity of the project and the safety of its beneficiaries.

Estimados miembros de la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos,

Me dirijo a ustedes en calidad de Coordinadora General de Emociónópolis para presentar una denuncia pública institucional vinculada a la protección de los derechos emocionales y educativos de la infancia, en el marco de la Ley 11.723 y la Convención Americana sobre Derechos Humanos.

Adjunto a este correo:
