Dear friends After running for four days this last week Charlotte’s tribunal is to continue in March when she will finally be able to give her own evidence. Two witnesses for the trust were on the stand for most of the four days and then two of Charlotte’s witnesses. The important issues represented by this case are being clearly brought out and thoroughly discussed. The issue of the right to speak out as a trade union representative have been highlighted. So many people came in to the public area of the hearing that a larger room had to be found. The support this gave and the gathering outside on Tuesday morning were really important and we would like to extend our warmest thanks to everyone. The dates for the hearing in March are currently set for 13th and 16th and we will update on any adjustments to that.
