This notification is a call to action. A simple email is required that is all to ensure our voice is heard at the table for the National Planning Framework Ireland 2040. The Department of Housing Planning and Local Government, has prepared a draft National Planning Framework policy document called Ireland 2040 Our Plan. Last week it was announced the deadline for submissions on the draft plan would be extended to Friday November 10th – TOMORROW!!! We are asking all those who have signed the Western Rail Trail petitions to send in a short submission, you can simply copy paste the message or expand on it for yourself. I am asking that the Western Rail Trail becomes a named and specified project as part of the final National Planning Framework policy document. <> <>
