Important announcement for all greenway supporters. one quick email needed!

The Deadline to make submissions to the Department of Transport on Future Greenway Policy and strategy is July 14th. As you have signed this greenway petition you may want to make your own submission. Numbers of submissions received will be important. It is a simple process: You can send an email to greenways@dttas.ie before July 14th. Simply state in your email that part of the national strategy on greenways should include using the closed railway from Swinford to Charlestown in County Mayo as a greenway route until such time as a railway (if ever) becomes possible. Please urge your social media contacts and your personal contacts to do the same.
