A dog was attacked with a sharp weapon in Kathmandu, Nepal.

We believe that no animals should be harmed just because they are voiceless and harmless. 

We are working hard to press the police and concerned authorities so that the person can be sent to the jail. 

Nepal lacks laws against animal abuses and cruelty. This is why there are many unreported cases of animal abuses and cruelty. 

We are urging concerned members including animal welfare organizations, community members, animal activists and animal lovers, among others to support us in our endeavor to punish the culprit that brutally attacked the dog without any reason.
