According to the constitution of India every citizen should have some sympathy to community animals/or U can say stray animals. So its our legal right. Now the stray animals specially dogs and cats dont have shelter. Society is there home. An open shelter I must say. They depend on humans for food. Thats why they are called as community animals. Then who has given them the right to remove/kill/relocate those helpless creatures from their home? "They"(The guilty) are the famous institutions, colleges, organisations. Well u all know those big names.

To remove a stray from its home is a crime. And I want a justice.
