A Medical Student reportedly from Madha Medical College, who is now fighting hard to conceal his identity, is seen throwing a dog off a roof, in a video which he has had taken of himself. The video captures a man, deriving great pleasure out of torturing a dog, in a slow and menacing way. The act itself is criminal and the Man ought to be held accountable. 

The video has now gone viral and has been viewed by several across Facebook and WhatsApp. As per the reports of NewsMinute, some students have identified the man in the video to be a student of MBBS studyIng at Madha Medical College, Tamil Nadu, and the video is reported to have been shot in Chennai.

The video reveals the man, grabbing the dog by its neck, and perching him at the edge of a ledge on a rooftop seconds before holding him by his neck in the air and releasing his grasp on the dog, leaving the animal to plummet to the ground. The whines of the dog in pain are heard immediately thereafter. During the entire video the man is seen smiling gleefully. 

The man has now been identified by his classmates, who have been threatened by the man, demanding that they do not reveal his identity. One of those namely Mr. Krishnan has spoken out and is assisting the Police pursuant to having lodged a Complaint before the Commissioner of Police along with Honorary animal welfare Officer Mr. Antony Rubin. 

Let's speak aloud, make noise, and raise alarm which will ensure strict action in respect of this and will hopefully deter further acts of like nature.
