This rezone proposal was scheduled to be heard and voted on by Orem City Council on April 8, 2025 (yesterday) but was postponed at the end of last week by the developer. Why??

Well there was already a regularly scheduled city council meeting yesterday, and even though this rezone was not on the official agenda, it was discussed heavily during the public appearances.
