Hi Crew,
We just want to thank you all for signing our petition for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza. Still a lot more needed, so we will be present at the rally this Sunday 10th Dec to obtain more.
Next Tuesday 12th Dec, Filena and I will be attending the final Brimbank council Meeting for the for 2023 and hope to press Councilors to find Solidarity with the Civilians of Gaza & The West Bank aswell as repeatedly visiting Labour MP for Fraser, Daniel Mulino to remind them that their action, and solidarity with Israel is “not in our name”.
Your hearts are with us and we hope something good will come from this. If we don’t get this over the line this Tuesday, we will definitely be present for the 1st Brimbank Council Meeting in February, 2024, and back at Daniel Mulino’s office when he returns from his “well earned holidays”.
Just like the song written by Paul Kelly, “From Little things, Big Things Grow”.
Filena and I will keep you all informed.
In the meantime, Palestine Screening Series, is showing next Wednesday (in Flemington) a Documentary “Tantura” $10 Tickets. All proceeds are going to MFS, (Doctors Without Borders) who have been present throughout the Genocide.
