The title of the petition is pure click bait , but the message is clear.im sorry if my video is offending to some people but sometimes if you want your message to reach to a mass audience you need to be creative.But the message is clear stiff punishment should be served to those two devils who put a pregnant cat in a dryer and killing it. If the punishment is light this kind of incidents might happen again. I humbly request the authorities to get those two devils and give them the punishment they deserve by the rule of law. The more people sign this petition , the more attention it will get .
