Let's take a stand and put a stop to the return of the late night exploitation of London Zoo animals who have nowhere to hide.
Cast your minds back to summer 2014 and London Zoo causing unnecessary distress to animals by hosting booze fuelled late night Adults only parties.
Keepers and attendees reporting drunken visitors allegedly crushing butterflies, throwing litter and glass into animal enclosures, a man was witnessed allegedly throwing beer at a tiger, while another reportedly stripped off and tried to enter the penguin pool.
Following a successful petition these events were cancelled and replaced with family friendly sundown affairs. That is until 2017 when perhaps the London Zoological Society presumes the world has forgotten, they relaunch the same format.
From June 2017 the Zoo will once again be awash with loud music and drunken revellers causing distress to animals that have nowhere to escape the noise and are at a high risk of mistreatment.
If London Zoo truly cared about animal welfare over profit they would put a stop to these events that pose a clear risk to the zoos captive animals that could otherwise be avoided.
