Animal abuse is reaching an all time high. Everyday we are seeing and hearing about animals being abused, tortured, murdered and neglected by the hands of their owners and others. Everyday, these crimes against animals are getting more and more heinous. Quite often the crimes of these abusers are never brought to the eyes of the public... (only the horrific ones that make a headline for the evening news are talked upon for a while). IT'S TIME FOR THIS TO STOP. Please help us get a National Animal Abuse Registry so we can keep track of those who have abused animals... Also, we need to have better and stronger laws for the prevention of animal abuse, and laws against animal abusers.

India, as a nation, is progressing in every aspect. However, we need to keep our nature and its all aspects intact whilst developing. Animals, be them stray, domestic or wild, need to be protected and prevented from abuse and negligence.

An Animal Abuse Registry should be formed in every state wherein they MUST record ANY and ALL convicted persons of animal abuse so that these offenders (ABUSERS) are visible to the public. The abusers will automatically go into a Registry of other abusers. By having the abuser and his/her crimes documented on a National Registry, you are sending out a clear message to every past, present and future Animal Abusers that they can not hide their crimes any longer and shall be punished severely if they even try to commit any animal abuse crime. This will also better aid the Animal Welfare Agencies and all the Law Agencies as so to keep  a watchful eye on these offenders.

Also, as once Mr. Rajnath Singh highlighted the importance of better and stronger laws for the protection of animals, which was supported by any actors, actresses and other personals of importance, we need to have better laws constituted, stronger and stricter ones; so that no one could dare lay their hands on animals with evil intention.
