So Justin had neighbor call a friend after he was bit and killed Diesel. This "Friend" threw Diesel out of the back door and threw him in the yard. Then left the premises with the gun. This Friend and Justin both knew he was a Felon who couldn't have a gun. Is this not an accessorie? Removing gun from scene so Police wouldn't find the gun that convicted felony could not have? Monday we meet with detectives and Animal Control hopefully warrants will be signed.
