Now a days cruelty towards animals are reaching a new height. And all we are concerned about is Gau Mata. Why? All animals are equal and in the video an old lady is beating a Dog to Bleeding Death. This should be stopped and until and unless these culprits gets arrested, nothing will change. I support maximum penalty to these worms of hell. Sign the petition so it reaches to the concerned and the justice is delivered to the poor animal. Justice can be delayed but not denied.
