A Federal court recently signed into law that police can enter homes without warrants and if a dog does anything other than sit still they can shoot and kill it, even bark. This law is very unfair to pet owners. Dogs protect their masters. Pet owners had no say in this law. It will affect all pet owners and this law needs to be reversed. Stipulations must be set.
