I used to play piano at the Cannery to relax. Now my dog Trish  is not allowed to sit with me inside the bar and the patio is too warm for a dog. My dog will sing along with me if I leave her on the patio outside. I don't want to leave her at home and I certainly don't want to leave her in the car and drink and drive. I ordered a beer then I left the venue the other day, saying that I didn't want it as Trish wouldn't be able to sit with me. This is - or was - one of the best things in Penticton - now gone because of one complaint. This decision by the Health Department will continue to degrade and impact the lives of all dog lovers.
