Foster was a rescued raccoon who was not able to be released due to a head injury,  the lady who has cared for him and loved him for the past year was paid a visit by fwc because she is not a permitted raccoon rescue,  fwc has seized foster and is now threatening to put this healthy animal down all because of a permit,  foster has Brain damage due to falling from a tree as a tiny baby which killed his mother,  foster was unable to stand for several weeks after he was rescued,  we are now begging Pensacola Florida to please spare foster life and allow him to go to a rehabilitation center where he can live out the rest of his life,  please sign.
