First and foremost I want to thank everyone for sharing and signing this! 

After several attempts of requesting the reports from CYS regarding my daughter, and a phone call that was made and an email requesting the reports again yesterday 8/12/19 I made my way down to the office today only to be met with people who had no clue what I was talking about. The supervisor did not have anything prepared nor did she tell anyone that I was coming. I have paperwork from the Department of Human Services giving me full access to any and all reports done by their office in regards to my daughter and yet they still denied me and had me fill out yet another request form and was told it could take weeks to get the information. 

I asked for the Hershey's reports; that is what I am looking for to begin with and was told by one of the ladies in the office that Hershey can provide me with that information since it is medical records regarding my daughter....yet when I called them the first time I was denied and was told I needed the permission of CYS to get them... I told this lady that and she shook her head at me and stated that it was not true I can get the paperwork from Hershey... So I made yet another phone call.

I need an attorney if any one knows of one that will speak to me please send me a message. I am in desperate need of legal council. This place needs to be investigated and have half if not more of the people replaced with qualified people that will actually do their job.
