Dear friends,

The GOP wants us to think that they have to pass a law for the Governor to mandate masks or vaccines.  The law they cite on meningitis doesn't prohibit any other mandate, because it simply incentivizes/mandates a particular vaccine.  Their position is full of holes, and they are using Trumpian bully tactics to scare people from challenging it.  

Don't fall for it. 

They also have spread the fiction that the Governor can't mandate by setting an emergency up, but he can.  It used to be for 90 days, but he can do one for 29 days under the new rules.  

Again, don't fall for it.
