Peer Support Workers For Inpatients In Hospital

I believe having a Peer Support Worker on Patients Health Team would greatly improve Patients Well Being. It would resolve a lot of misunderstandings and give the Patients a different kind of care, support and empathy they need during a Traumatic Time.
