CAMPAÑA DE RECOGIDA DE FONDOS PARA LA TRANSPARENCIA Y LA DEMOCRACIA EN LA EUC, COSTA ESURI, AYAMONTE

COMUNICADO A LOS VECINOS Y VECINAS DE COSTA ESURI Hemos puesto en marcha una campaña para recaudar fondos, se puede dar desde 5 euros y desgrava hasta el 75% en la declaración de la renta de 2019, porque el presupuesto está dividido en dos fases: -Una primera ronda de 40 días, hoy nos queda ahora 34 días, que hay que conseguir un mínimo de 920 euros, si no es así no podemos pasar a la segunda fase. Sería buena señal que no iniciemos la segunda ronda porque no ponen dificultades para ver toda la documentación, sin ver los nombres de las personas, sabemos la Ley de Protección de Datos. Hay fórmulas para ello y ver toda la documentación. -Segunda ronda. También podría que tuviéramos usar la segunda fase si algo que viéramos fuese irregular, según nuestro criterio. La utilización de peritos contables o de cualquier otro tipo cuestan mucho dinero ¡Ojala nos dejen verlo todo y no haya nada que denunciar! Esta fase se podría irse a 11.100 euros más por todos los gastos, incluidos recompensas, materiales, recursos a instancias superiores, peritajes… Todo este dinero no podemos costearlo porque un jubilado, que llega con trabajo a fin de mes, y yo, aunque sea funcionario y mujer trabaje, tenemos muchos gastos como cualquier familia con hijas. Además es un beneficio para toda la comunidad para saber cómo gastan nuestro dinero, porque ponen tantas trabas para ver cualquier cosa, para ver el porqué de disparidad en los coeficientes de las votaciones y además no vemos claro el sistema del recuento de votos. Tenemos que aclarar que estamos en contra del mantenimiento de la EUC y del pago de la cuota, sin recibir nada de nada a cambio. Ese miedo de que si no pagamos no nos limpiarán las calles o no nos cuidarán es una gran mentira ¿ Por qué en el resto de Ayamonte no se paga la cuota y se limpian las calles y se cuidan los jardines, aunque deje mucho que desear el resultado? Somos ciudadanos y ciudadanas en igualdad de de derechos( artículo 14 de la Constitución). Otra aclaración el porqué no va esta demanda por la supresión de la cuota y la EUC y tiene una respuesta fácil: hay una demanda que está a punto de salir la sentencia en el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía y hacer una denuncia paralela, nos han dichos muchos letrados sería algo inútil esperando esta sentencia. Otra cosa sería si el fallo TSJA fuera en contra los vecinos y vecinas. NOTIFICATION TO ALL THE NEIGHBORS OF COSTA ESURI
We have started a campaign to collect funds where you can donate from 5€ and discount up to 75% in your tax declaration for 2019 because the budget is divided in two phases:
-A first round of 40 days, now we have 34 days, we need to get a minimum of 920€. If we are not able to collect this amount, we will not be able to go on to the second phase. It would be a good sign if we don´t have to go to the second phase because they make it difficult for us to see all the documentation, without seeing the names of the people. We know the Data Protection Law. There are formulas to see all the documentation.
-Second round. We may have to go to the second phase if we see something irregular in the documentation, according to our criteria. The use of Accountants or any other type of professional costs a lot of money. Hopefully they will let us see it all and we have no need to report anything! This round could go up to 11.100€ more due to all the costs including compensation, materials, appeals, professional services…..We are not able to pay this because a retired person, who gets to the end of the month with work, and I, although I am a public employee and my spouse works, we have many expenses like any other family with children. Also it is a benefit for the whole community to know how they are spending our money, because they put up so many obstacles to see anything, to see the disparity of the coefficients in the votes and it is also unclear how the vote counting is done.
We must also make it clear that we are against the maintenance of the EUC and the payment of the quotas without receiving anything in exchange. The threat that if we don´t pay they will stop cleaning the streets or that they will stop caring for Costa Esuri is a big lie. Why do they clean the streets and care for the gardens in the rest of Ayamonte and they do not pay this quota even though the results are not satisfactory? We are citizens with equality of rights (Article 14 in the Constitution)
Another clarification of why this demand is not against the elimination of the EUC quota? There is a simple explanation; there is a claim which is about ready to come out for the sentence in the Superior Court of Justice in Andalucia and to make a parallel claim, we have been told by many lawyers, would be useless while waiting for this sentence. Another thing would be if the TSJA would go against the neighbors.
