Open letter from Julio Domarco to Señor Fernández

Mr. Fernandez,

Since I don´t have access to audiovisual media, I have the obligation to use this process. I was lucky to hear the interview that you offered a few days ago on the radio, where they asked you a question about Costa Esuri to which you answered the following “there are two people close and neither said anything to me”. This is false. Remember that when they said my name, one of your colleagues said “Oh, this is the person who wrote the letter”, who, by the way, read it very carefully.  And referring to the other person, you said that on the way home, they put you down in the social media. You keep lying. That person is only communicating the complaints and disagreement about what is going on in Costa Esuri to the social media with respect and politeness.  You underestimate the neighbors in Costa Esuri. You insinuate that we do not dare or are cowards when we are close to you. You keep lying to us and by the way, evaluate yourself to how courageous or brave you are. Six months ago I sent you a letter and I still haven´t received a response. 

I must also remind you about the protest we had at the doors of the Town Hall. You say that the Guardia Civil were undercover and that they made a report that we were only 11 people. Your spy, your councilor, was sitting in the bar in front of us.  I ask you to please abstain from using the Guardia Civil to make your lies more credible. Leave the Benemerita in peace. It was the event where we were the maximum people protesting, 51 people, but the weather and the time were not in our favor. Mr. Fernandez, apart from lying, you don´t want to answer anyone.  We don´t have the sufficient pedigree or category to communicate with you;  not me, or any other neighbor, nor the Defensor del Pueblo Andaluz (we are nothing to you). You are the principal authority of the citizens and that is the problem with the neighbors in Costa Esuri. I must remind you are paid by the citizens, not the citizens by you! A year has gone by and we still don´t know anything about the money from the endorsements that Martinsa-Fadesa left or the construction work.
