We have spoken with MassDOT twice, still waiting to hear back from District 5 which has control over this state road. 
The proposal has been presented to the select board in Falmouth, and a meeting to discuss is scheduled on July 10th at Falmouth Town Hall 6:30pm open discussion.

I have been in contact with someone at MIT who does mapping of connecting communities and my be able to help with a design.
