New info from a neighbor:

“We found the tags hammered into the trees with nails on the BACK SIDE of EACH TREE. 
Unless neighbors walk each street in the wooded areas behind the trees we will not see these tags. The tags do seem to have different numbers. 1. Does this mean PECO now has a total number in mind? Will they share this number?
2. MOST IMPORTANTLY, If we never see the tiny silver tags how will we know that PECO will only cut down trees with tags? Feeling disappointed with PECO and their leadership.”
