Hello Everyone! You may have received a letter from PECO signed by Mike Pietrafitta. PECO scheduled another TH meeting on Dec 6th from 6-8 PM at Beaumont Elementary “to continue to address project related concerns that customers may have, including vegetation management and tree trimming work in the area.” It is not clear if PECO will address our concerns regarding the extremely excessive number of trees to be cut down in our community, what is the criteria used to put down trees instead of trimming them, whether an environmental study was performed and who will pay for stumps removal. Let’s keep our focus on our demands to PECO (please see prior updates and refresh your memory about the first discussion with PECO at Easttown Library). IMPORTANT: you will start seeing front yard signs in our neighborhood saying “PECO CANNOT CUT DOWN OUR TREES #noyellowdots”. You will be informed how to get one for them for free to put it in you front yard shortly. Please get one and help to maintain our neighborhood beautiful, full of magestic trees (not stumps), safe, and valuable.
