Through personal experience i asked the pdsa and the rspca for help and was refused because my postcode wasn’t in the catchment area. But a friend who lived up the road was! It’s disgusting that we are refused help because of a postcode!!  Please sign the petition and share it!! Everyone should be treated the same and all our babies should be able to be treated if needed....
