We have been informed that the PDSA in Southend will shut down in March and move to their Basildon branch.  This is a disaster for both owners and their pets.  The reason why we use the PDSA is because we can't afford vets fees.  Most of us are without transport and would need to catch two buses to get to Basildon, a trip of over an hour.  How can you take a sick/injured pet on a bus trip that takes over an hour?
