I saw people from all over the world share this, including people who are neither french nor english, so thank you to all of you. I know Fonzie is moved by your action. You know, he's been so criticized over the years, I can tell you he's hurt a lot. To the point he didn't even want to talk. Even as of now, he doesn't completely realize how much support he actually has because he really doesn't spend much time on the internet. 

But your support with your signatures and the comments under the petition are incredible. Thank you so much on behalf of Fonzie.

I really hope we can get PayPal attention and resolve the problem ASAP. If the petition itself isn't enough, what's happening now with this petition & comments is proof for the lawyers. It is proof the funds are blocked for no valid reason and that it must be transferred to WM bank account now.
