Thank you for caring about our town enough to demand for transparency and inclusion in a public process.  We still need to have  our leaders hear directly from you.  Please use the links provided to send a direct email to your local representatives and let them know that you support a pause to this project.

The Town Board meeting last week received a decent turnout from the public and the media.  The flaws of this plan are apparent enough that the board is now contemplating a reduction in scope to save a few trees.  This is a good start, but why should they be debating a plan that is going out for construction in the 11th hour if it is "good enough" in Christine Corrado's own words.  The supervisor was visibly frustrated and encouraging the other members to vote for the bid repeatedly referring to it as "a bird in the hand".   He can't even convince his own board members that this plan is worth doing as it is designed.

Please join us at the Sunday farmers market as well as at the town hall meeting on Monday at 7 pm.  We can do a lot better than what is being decided for us.  We appreciate all of your support.
