Petition Update: 226 signatures and growing

Thank you all so much for the support so far. We just reached 226 signatures, and that’s because people are paying attention and showing up.
If everyone who has already signed shares this with just one more person, we can quickly get to 500 signatures. That kind of momentum really matters as we head into the next Commissioners meeting.
I also wanted to share something that genuinely made my day, one of our community members is taking this offline and will be canvassing a neighborhood in Huntingtown with her teenagers during spring break, using a flyer with a QR code to gather more signatures. That’s what community involvement looks like.
Our goal is to get as many signatures as possible before April 7, when Commissioner Hart is expected to introduce the proposed moratorium. We want to be able to show strong community support for taking the time to get clear information and ensure a more transparent process.
If you’ve already signed, thank you. If you’re willing, please share this with one other person.
This is how we build momentum, together.
