I  had to create another petition, because I thought that to press the tab Victory on the original petition was to notify all you wonderful people that we had reached the first milestone! But instead, it meant the petition was finished. So, I contacted Change.org and asked them to reverse the Victory tab so people could continue signing this petition.....sigh! Please sign and share this new petition for our next milestone which is 10,000 signatures. Step by step, we move closer to our goal of 100,000 signatures, the number required for the government to consider this issue for debate in Parliament.

With every name added, we become a stronger voice for those who cannot speak for themselves. Like drops of water forming a river, our collective care can shape change for the silent ones who depend on our protection.
