Post Office Limited propose to close Crown Post Offices and among those they wish to close are Sydenham at 44 Sydenham Road SE26 5QX and New Cross Gate Post Office at 199/205 New Cross Road, SE14 5DH.

These Crown Post Offices provide a vital service to the local community and beyond, and to loose such services will gravely impact those who need these local Post Officse most. Among those will be pensioners and vulnerable people. 

Both Post Offices are centrally and conveniently located and are used by a wide demographic of ages for postal services, saving, making payments, currency, passports service, as well as many other key services.

We the undersigned call on Paula Vennells, Chief Executive of Post Office Limited, to revoke  the plans to close the vital Sydenham and New Cross Gate Post Offices and to devise a new, more sustainable strategy for our national Post Office.
