Help us bring King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard  to the biggest little town in Australia - Katoomba.

Hundreds of Katoomba locals have banded together to campaign for King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard to come to their town, releasing videos, collecting signatures and getting the support of  local politicians. Now we need your help as well! Add your name to our call to get King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard playing a show in Katoomba.

We think King Gizzard are one of Australia's biggest bands with the biggest heart, who reach new levels of success month after month while staying true to their local roots. 

King Gizzard coming to Katoomba is about more than just playing a gig. It will show how much support there is for regional touring and connecting with rural creative people.  

We think King Gizzard will love Katoomba as much as Katoomba loves King Gizzard. We have a thriving local music and arts scene, supported by our community radio station, Radio Blue Mountains, but Australia’s bands keep passing us by. We keep missing out on bigger gigs, with well known bands rehearsing, filming video clips and visiting the area, but not playing shows.

We want to make Katoomba a must stop destination for all major bands in Australia and overseas, starting with King Gizzard and the Wizard Lizard. The place to come for an amazing local scene, innovative tunes, and spectacular natural wilderness – all only 90 minutes from Sydney.
