In America, there are eight states, with anti-LGBTQ laws implement in schools curriculum. These laws are known as No Promo Homo laws, which are discriminatory laws towards the LGBTQ youth in schools. Moreover, these laws not only unfair to the youth, but they also are harmful and prevent them from having equal rights in the school's environment; and by equal rights I mean, being able to express themselves freely, about about their sex orientation, identify with the gender that they want, and be entitled to a safe school environment.
