As the one year anniversary is approaching where a   Binghamton University nursing student 22 year-old Long Island native Haley Anderson was strangled by her Ex-Boyfriend while in her apartment. The suspect Orlando Tercero fled to Nicaragua the same day to evade responsibility.  I have followed the case closely and at the time of the murder I started the online petition.  I have been contacted by several national and local media outlets for interviews. Now news has been reporting this dirt bag committed crimes against her leading up to the murder.  Simply put, the savage took a young life and ran like a coward.  He deprived an Innocent girl of a future and the family of memories.  The United States has an extradition treaty with Nicaragua.  He should be returned to the United States, prosecuted and her family should receive justice.  He should be in a US jail by now!!  As time goes on people can not forget and let it be the normal.  How would you feel if someone killed your daughter, got on a plane and could never be tried for the crime.  It’s unacceptable!
