Banning the sale of fireworks to the public would ease the pain and stress for animals and humans alike. The local authorities need to be more in control as its animal cruelty and can set off many mental illnesses. My dog has the worst panic attack everytime one goes off its horrible to watch andvthere is no way you can explain to a dog what the noise is, its not fair and i think a complete ban would be best!
