38 Dogs saved from kill list at Breasta ps

Everyone rallied yet again to save 38 dogs from a kill list at Breasta ps over the weekend.How much longer do we have to do this before the UK Ambassador to Romania Paul Brummel steps in to intervene. Mr Brummel we are asking for your help not just with Breasta but all Romanian public shelters.They are continually putting up costs to rescuers to save these dogs- to them these dogs are money dead or alive.We are asking you to make the people concerned sit down and come to some agreement to stop this situation.
