We support a community bid to purchase the freehold site of the Fulham Palace Garden Centre and so fulfil the covenant protecting its role as a garden centre with youth training.

Update: The response to the Prince's Trust proposal to sell the FPGC to Pets At Home was amazing! Thank you all so much for your support. With over 2800 supporters, we have been able to save the garden centre from being turned into a pet store!
Our next objective is to ensure that the garden centre with youth training, as enshrined by covenant, is protected for the local community in perpetuity. We are proposing to create a community trust that will buy the freehold of the property and lease it to a garden centre business to run as the community would like.
We will be seeking donations from local people and residents to buy the freehold from the Prince's Trust. We have a team who wish to negotiate the purchase from the Trust and are keen to gauge people's interest in supporting a bid. Please sign this updated petition if you support the proposal of a community bid and/or would consider contributing a donation to a community bid.
