1. Write a letter of support and submit it to the Assembly Education Committee by July 2nd. The letter must be submitted through the committee portal: http://aedn.assembly.ca.gov
2. Come to Sacramento for the SB 614 hearing on July 10th at 1:30. You may elect to come to the microphone, and simply say three things: your name, where you are from, and that you are in support of SB 614. (We call that a “me too” in legislative speak.)
3. Be prepared to meet with their local legislators when they return back to their districts for summer recess, July 12-August 12. Your experience with the RICA is compelling and needs to be heard. You can locate your Assembly Member and Senator contact information on-line.
