I have formally approached MerseyCheshire ICB and the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to request a comment on their position regarding their continued support of the current CEO. At this stage, I am awaiting their response.

This is an important step forward — it ensures that those in leadership are directly confronted with the public’s concerns and are given the chance to be accountable.

But for this to have maximum impact, we need as many voices as possible behind this petition. Every additional signature strengthens the call for accountability, and every share ensures that more people become aware of what’s happening.
