Jenny was a 10 week old puppy who was senselessly and needlessly murdered by Tonya Fea, 47, of Jefferson Township. It is far too often that we see stories of horrific animal abuse and neglect. In the same respect, many of those cases fail to bring true justice to the accused. This purpose of this petition is to ask that Tonya Fea be sentenced to the maximum penalty for her heartless crime. She took an innocent, young life. An example needs to be set that the animal rescue and advocacy community will not tolerate anything less than the most severe punishment for a reckless, psychotic and violent murderer
