This afternoon I spoke with Mr. Cohns assistant. I was emailed a copy of notes where some changes need to be made on my draft of Victoria’s Act. This is a good thing! Progress is being made. Victoria’s Act is being passed to legislative analysis for wording to match NC state level! Thank you all for your support!
